50th Annual 4th of July Jubilee

Celebrate 50 years of tradition at the City of Schertz’s 50th Annual Fourth of July Jubilee, held in conjunction with America’s 250th anniversary! For one year only, the Jubilee expands into a special two-day celebration packed with patriotic fun, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities.

Friday, July 3 & Saturday, July 4, 2026

Festivities kick off Friday, July 3 at 6 p.m. at Pickrell Park with carnival rides, community activities, and a live performance by Josh Abbott Band.

On Saturday, July 4, the celebration continues with the “Let Freedom Run” 5K, the downtown parade, and carnival fun beginning at 11 a.m. at Thulemeyer Park. Enjoy live music starting at 6 p.m., followed by an expanded fireworks show at 9:15 p.m. and a special historic plane flyover courtesy of the Commemorative Air Force Central Texas Wing.
